Delivery Damages

To ensure correct handling in the event of shipping damage, we recommend following these precautions before signing for your order.

Always inspect each package thoroughly before signing for your shipment.

Refuse packages that have visible damage.

By signing your name, you are indicating that you are receiving your order in good condition; therefore, it is critical that you inspect your shipment for any damages before signing for your delivery. If the driver won’t wait please ensure you sign the shipment as damaged.

Goods should be inspected as soon as delivered, failure to check the goods and document any damage with the driver, may result in a claim for damage being rejected. Signing unexamined is not acceptable. Goods that are missing, delivered faulty or defective by JJ Martin (Catering Appliance Superstore) Ltd may be replaced, repaired, refunded or exchanged at JJ Martin (Catering Appliance Superstore) Ltd's discretion provided JJ Martin (Catering Appliance Superstore) Ltd is informed in writing within 24 hours.
