To ensure correct handling in the event of shipping damage, we recommend following these precautions before signing for your order.

1
Always inspect each package thoroughly before signing for your shipment.
2
Refuse packages that have visible damage.
3
By signing your name, you are indicating that you are receiving your order in good condition free & clear; therefore, it is critical that you inspect your shipment for any damages before signing for your delivery. If the driver won’t wait please ensure you sign the shipment as damaged.

In the event of receiving a damaged item you must contact the Customer Service Dept. at 0333 800 1000 – extension 2 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, failure to do this may result in your claim or exchange for damages being refused. You may be required to send us clear pictures of the damaged products and/or packaging. We kindly ask to preserve the damaged products together with the inner and outer packaging if they have not been refused at delivery so we can arrange for the items to be collected or the claim has been accepted by the transport company.
