Catering Appliance Delivery policy
Catering Appliance Superstore offer FREE Next Day Delivery, FREE 2-4 Days Delivery, FREE 2-3 Days Delivery, FREE 3-5 Days Delivery and Express Next Day Delivery on items purchased on the Catering Appliance Superstore website.
FREE Next Day Delivery is available on goods ordered before 3pm (depending on the product) on a working day (a working day is a day other than weekends and bank/public holidays) and provided no additional security checks are required and the Goods are available.
FREE 2-4 Days Delivery is available for Lincat branded products, The "Next working day delivery" option is priced accordingly depending on the product.
FREE 2-3 Days Delivery is available for larger products which have to be palleted. Express Next Day Delivery is a £29.95 ex vat chargable upgrade.
FREE 3-5 Days Delivery is available for larger products which have to be palleted. Express Next Day Delivery is available on some of these products. Call 015396 20400 for more information and additional costs.
Express Next Day Delivery orders will be sent for "Express Next Day Delivery" within the UK mainland subject to an Order (with the relevant delivery charge) being accepted by Catering Appliance before 3pm on a working day and provided no additional security checks are required and the Goods are available. If the Order cannot be delivered 'Next Day' then delivery will usually be completed within 2-3 working days.
Other regions outside of UK Mainland are subject to additional costs and may not be subject to next working day delivery. Offshore/Remote deliveries will usually be despatched as soon as possible however the actual delivery time will vary depending on the delivery location. We will contact you if your delivery address is subject to additional charges. JJ Martin will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery estimates in all cases however JJ Martin cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.
Risk in the Goods transfers to the Customer at the time of delivery but title shall not pass until payment has been made in full for the Goods in question.
Goods delivered are used, stored and installed at the Customer's own risk and JJ Martin shall not be liable for any damage, loss or disruption caused by the same. Where installation/disconnection services have been ordered by the Customer, further charges, terms and conditions may apply as communicated by JJ Martin to the Customer from time to time.
All large Goods are delivered to the front door of ground floor locations only. The delivery person/driver may at his/her discretion assist with delivering the Goods to a location within the premises nominated by the Customer, at Customer's sole risk.
