Falcon atmospheric steamers are available in gas or electric models to suit your kitchen utility provision - both the Falcon Dominator Plus E3478 and the G3478 provide maximum cooking power and an excellent level of control over atmospheric humidity conditions. Steamers preserve the nutritional content, taste and texture of food excellently and are great for bulk cooking.

Falcon steam ovens are gastronorm compatible so they'll fit right in with most kitchens, with lift out shelves and shelf hangers for easy cleaning and simple plumbing fittings for connecting the unit to water and to a drainage system - drainage can be plumbed in to a waste system or units can be manually emptied.
