Kebab Knives

Check out our robust and durable electric kebab knives that glide through meat in seconds. Available in plastic or metal models with tough metal handles, transformer and leads are supplied with both.

The transformer is an important safety feature, dropping the voltage down from 240 volts to 28 volts. Hardened stainless steel disc blades are adjustable to give sliced meat thickness of .5mm up to 8mm.

The head unit is removable for easy cleaning and is dishwasher safe. Both models are available with a 2 year parts and labour warranty. Accessories include sharpeners, disc blades, heat shields and power cable extensions.
