Designed to plug in and play, the Bain Marie is highly portable and can be brought out as and when it's required, making it perfect for event catering. The dry heat means the Bain Marie heats up quicker than its wet counterpart as the container is being directly heated rather than being diffused through water.

Good value for the money. But I don’t think it would stand up to daily heavy use. Advised of this when ordering to be fair

Light, works well, easy to clean. The stainless steel is adequately strong, those wanting a heavier guage steel would need to pay more.

We are a junior football club and serve hot food on match days for players and supporters. The unit is ideal for our small community clubhouse, enabling us to cook food, keep it warm so that it is ready to serve when needed. We get queues for food at half time and after matches and without this unit we could not operate. The containers hold heat well and are easy to clean.
