If you want to serve high quality pizzas in any volume, you will need a dedicated pizza oven. Other types of oven's are able to cook pizzas and if you are careful with temperature settings and timings you can get good results, but the base and heat distribution of a good pizza oven and the general design and layout means that pizza ovens get the best results.
