The Victor BTC5 Heated Carvery Top is an extremely versatile and compact, heated carvery pad. Easy to use and portable, this counter top heated unit is perfect for merchandising and maintaining items such as meats, vegetables and beans. Constructed of heavy duty, stainless steel and designed with a removable top, the unit is easy to maintain and clean. The unit can be combined with any fitted heat lamp, providing even and consistent heat across dishes and temperature to the base of the unit can be varied to accommodate stock.
