The Bamix Mixer Gastro 200 can be used on liquids up to an impressive capacity of 20 litres. Unlike other stick blenders, it is a fully sealed unit, thus eliminating the problem that occurs when cooling vents allow unwanted liquid in. It is an ideal tool to use when liquidising and homogenising soups, stirring creams and battering mixes as well as making chops and purees, and it liquidises vegetables in a matter of seconds!
