Able to display 60 pies at a time, this Buffalo DC859 pie cabinet is the perfect addition to any pub, restaurant, takeaway shop or café. The cabinet is made with a powerful heating lamp that provides heat-up time of only 18 minutes, and is complemented by a water pan - allowing you to warm and serve pies, pasties or sausage rolls, whilst preventing them from becoming dry and flaky. Designed with easy-to-use controls, the pie cabinet allows you to quickly monitor and change temperatures to suit the needs of your products.
