Lincat Opus 700 Dual Fuel Oven Ranges Range

Lincat Opus 700 electric fan assisted dual fuel ovens come in a single door, four burner single fan model (OD7006) or double door, six burner double fan model (OD7007), ensure uniform heat distribution during roasting and baking for great quality cooking. As with all the Opus 700 gas burner ovens and boiling tops, the burners themselves are powerful and precise dual concentric firing rings with tough enamelled cast iron pan supports sitting behind an equally durable cast iron hob front.

Construction is as solid as you would expect from UK manufacturers Lincat, utilising high grade stainless steel, fully sealed on the hob top, and a removable oven base, sides and top liners in enamelled steel to facilitate cleaning. Supplied with three chrome plated oven shelves arrangeable in five shelf positions to maximise space, and a Piezo ignitor wand. Lincat Opus 700 appliances are supplied on castors as standard but these can be swapped for height adjustable legs to stabilise the unit on uneven floors.
