Catering Appliance Superstore) Ltd is based in Kendal, Cumbria, UK. We supply commercial catering equipment to the UK catering industry and process 1000's of orders each month. The company has been established for over 40 years.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers, and we pride ourselves on a high level of customer satisfaction. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We regularly gather and monitor customer feedback through Trusted Shops and Google Reviews
We hold a Trusted Shops certification, fulfilling their independent Quality Criteria
Our website was the first in the industry to pass strict guidelines to achieve the Google Certified Shops accreditation. Google will help resolve customer issues and protect purchases up to £1,000
We have a robust customer complaints procedure
We undertake selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set quality criteria
We undertake training and development for our employees
We carry out management reviews of customer feedback and complaints
We provide a safe and secure online shopping experience. We use SagePay's merchant gateway to process orders - a UK leader in online secure transactions.
We are enrolled in Trustwave's Trusted Commerce program to validate compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) mandated by all the major credit card associations

Although the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
