Gas Salamander Grills

A gas salamander grill is a common appliance in many commercial kitchens, favoured for their ease of use and general versatility - gas salamander grills heat up quickly and can be used to grill everything from simple cheese on toast to lamb steaks. Breakfast items such as sausages, bacon and tomatoes are often cooked in this way. Temperature control is intuitive, usually adjusted by a simple dial and by varying the height of the cooking rack on a number of shelf positions.

A gas salamander grill can be installed at approximately head height on top of a shelf or wall bracket, to allow the chef to see at a glance how close to completion their grilled food is.
