Why should I buy the OE7105?

The Lincat OE7105 Twin Tank Fryer is a free standing electric fryer which can cook 40 kilos per hour of frozen chips or 55 kilos per hour of chips from chilled. It is powered by 2 x 7kW motors and does require an electrician to install.

The dimensions of the OE7105 are 1050(H) x 400(W) x 737(D)mm and it has a crated weight of 68 kilos and a net weight of 58 kilos. The appliance is manufactured in high sheen polished stainless steel and is part of Lincat’s Opus 700 range of catering equipment, which measure 700mm front to back. The OE7105 comes with Lincat’s excellent 2 year parts and labour warranty and is keenly priced on Catering Appliance Superstore.

Both the body of the machine and the fryer tanks are fabricated from high quality grade stainless steel. The tanks themselves are fully welded to the hobs for extra strength and durability - which also means that a completely seamless surface is provided for rapid and easy cleaning on a day to day basis. Two hinging elements, with safety interlock, offer simple and easy access to the tanks for cleaning purposes. The twin fryer tanks, which are independently controlled for greater versatility, have an oil capacity of 2 x 8 litres; the tank dimensions are 165(W) x 390(D)mm. Choosing a twin tank fryer, rather than a single large tank unit, offers the additional benefit of eliminating any cross contamination of foodstuffs during cooking.

The base of the tanks is designed with a fall to a wide bore drain pipe, for rapid and easy drain-down.

The appliance operates at an optimal temperature range of between 130°C and 190°C.

Heavy duty spun wire frying baskets, which are double-plated with nickel, are supplied as standard, as are the stainless steel lids. Smaller size baskets are available as optional accessories; as are left and right side splashguards. The distinctively designed control knobs are clearly marked for stand-out visibility and perfect finger tip response; they are mounted on the front of the appliance for ease and safety in use.

An important feature of the Lincat OE7105 is a fail-safe thermostatic control which cuts out at the top temperature to maintain a steady median heat for excellent cooking results, no wastage and a safe working environment. Castors are fitted to the base of the unit as standard, for easy manoeuvrability; but if your flooring is particularly uneven, height adjustable legs are available as an alternative, to give a perfectly level cooking unit in the most awkward areas.

Lincat’s Opus 700 Range, of which the OE7105 Fryer is a part, includes griddles, chargrills, oven ranges, boiling tops, bains marie, pasta boilers and much else, all manufactured to the same high standards and utilising tough stainless steel for exceptional durability and long working life.

All the units make the best use of the kitchen space available; they also provide a pleasingly stylish look. The modular design allows you to create, perhaps over an extended period, your ideal kitchen layout.

The Lincat OE7105, manufactured in the UK to rigorous quality standards, both in performance and appearance, looks extremely good value for money.

Advantages of leasing

  • Significant tax benefits – For private organisations payments are fully tax deductible unlike using cash.
  • Low, fixed payments allow easy budgeting throughout the term
  • Spread the cost of your purchases in line with the return on the investment
  • Make your capital work for you – Rather than sink valuable cash into depreciating assets, deploy it elsewhere for higher returns
  • Totally flexible, a lease allows you to determine the term, how frequently you pay and can be upgraded or changed throughout.
  • Manage obsolescence and refresh assets strategically rather than face unbudgeted large write offs.
  • Make investment decisions based upon your needs and not limited by constrained budgets
  • Reduce dependency on your primary funder(s) – Your existing credit lines remain unaffected and you will have access to over 20 specialist asset funders
  • Spread the cost of the VAT which is paid in instalments rather than as a lump sum up-front.
  • Turnkey funding – Build all your costs such as delivery, extended warranties etc into the lease to maximise your benefits even further
