Returning Products

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date.

Customised/Bespoke goods are Non-ReturnableGoods must be unused and in their original packaging (this includes any laser film/pallet). Customers must return the item(s) at their own cost.

The restocking charge for returned items is 25% of the full invoiced amount. Delivery charges will not be refunded/credited.

Refunds will only be paid once the returned goods have been inspected and after deduction of any restocking charges have been made. We will also deduct any costs for repairing any damage or replacing any missing components that were supplied with the original order.

Please do not arrange your return until you have received a return address, we do not accept returns at our head office address.
