The muffin and timbale mold is made from a highly flexible material and has optimal non-stick properties, ideal for delicate desserts and is extremely robust and easy to clean.
With a fill volume of 3.4 fl oz (100 ml), it is particularly suited for the preparation of vegetable flans, fish timbales, bread pudding, poached eggs and all kinds of desserts.
