Thanks to its stainless steel hopper and, precision gear drive, this heavy duty meat grinder is specifically designed to make commercial scale mincing easy. The 220-240V motor is energy efficient and equipped with a cooling fan.
The handy reverse function is ideal for when you're grinding particularly coarse or fatty meats and the 6mm and 8mm mincing discs ensure you get the size you need. To ensure safe operation, the mincer comes equipped with a waterproof on/off switch and anti-slip feet for stability.
For added versatility, the Buffalo meat mincer is supplied with three sausage stuffer nozzles and an adapter - great for making authentic butcher-style sausages. It's easy to use, clean and maintain.

I am really delighted with this mincer. It minces the meat to give a great texture. It's quick and efficient and the sausage filler has greatly reduced the time and effort required by the equipment I previously used. An excellent product which I'm really glad I purchased.
