Cutting Board Tables

Cutting board tables, available from Catering Appliance Superstore in 500mm or 900mm widths from high quality manufacturer Vogue, are specifically designed for preparation activities - they include an inset high density 35mm chopping board across the whole surface of the table, maximising your chopping area, and can be reversed for quick transfer of use between two different ingredient types, for example cooked meat and vegetables (to prevent cross contamination between the two).
