This is a matching pusher for 6.5mm slicing blades, compatible with the Edlund ARC manual slicer (DE040). The cartridge is quick and easy to change, and will produce 1/4 inch slices cleanly and effortlessly without making a mess. Combined with the ARC slicer the cartridge will allow you to continue prepping large volumes of fruit and vegetables quickly and safely.
