The operating temperature is +1°C to +4°C and there is a fully programmable control panel and digital display and the cold room will perform well in ambient temperatures up to 32°C.

The cold room has a white exterior with 75mm thick internal food safe laminate surfaces that are easy to keep clean. Shelving is available optionally. It comes with internal lighting as standard. The internal walls are insulated polyurethane panels.The net weight of the cold room is 475 kilos.
