Why should I buy the HR150G?

In smaller kitchens, you need handy space saving appliances which are secure, reliable and easy to use, but still easy on the eye. The Foster HR150G Glass Door Display Fridge is all of these. It slips under the worktop so it’s out of the way and has your ingredients, which you can see at a glance through the practical glass door, stored at the point of preparation, exactly where you need them. The glass door also includes a lock to ensure contents are safe. It has easy to use controls with a stylish digital display on the front, and a front breathing system which helps it to operate well in tight spaces. The HR150G is part of Foster’s glass door display fridge range, it’s easy to install, and easy to use. Despite being just over 80 cm tall, it can house a deceptively large amount of ingredients on the two shelves provided.

The two shelves are slotted removable supports which allow for flexible partitions. If you need more space on the top shelf, you can move the partitions down. And vice versa if you need more space at the bottom of the unit. At the back of the unit are inbuilt ‘slots’ to prevent the shelves from damaging the rear air duct. The stainless steel exterior will protect against corrosion, stains and rust, and aluminium interiors provide extra durability, making sure the unit will stand the test of time and not suffer too much wear against repeated opening, closing, locking and unlocking.

As well as being stylish, the Foster HR150G has a range of functional features; the temperature range runs from 3 °C to 5 °C, with a maximum ambient temperature of 25°C. The air fan system means food is stored at the perfect temperature at all times, with the refrigerant set at R134a. The total capacity is a generous 150 litres, with modest dimensions at a height of 830 mm, width of 605 mm and depth of 640 mm. The unit has roller castors running all the way to the rear and levelling bolts situated at the front to ensure a smooth, rolling motion when positioning the unit.

It’s a good idea in tighter spaces to consider a unit such as this one, because a fridge’s compressor draws in ambient air, so if the temperature of air around the compressor is higher, the unit has to work harder. A front mounted compressor is needed in a smaller space, to ensure the unit works efficiently and doesn’t put the hygiene of food at risk. In warmer kitchens, a bottom mounted compressor will collect colder air, but this takes up space and the compressor will also collect dirt and debris. Top mounted compressors collect warmer air but are less at risk of clogging, but being positioned at the top makes them harder to reach and harder to keep clean. In conclusion, the Foster HR150G with its front breathing system is the ideal solution for tighter spaces.

Compact, practical, low cost, with convenient glass display door, the Foster HR150G Glass Door Display Fridge is great value for money.

Advantages of leasing

  • Significant tax benefits – For private organisations payments are fully tax deductible unlike using cash.
  • Low, fixed payments allow easy budgeting throughout the term
  • Spread the cost of your purchases in line with the return on the investment
  • Make your capital work for you – Rather than sink valuable cash into depreciating assets, deploy it elsewhere for higher returns
  • Totally flexible, a lease allows you to determine the term, how frequently you pay and can be upgraded or changed throughout.
  • Manage obsolescence and refresh assets strategically rather than face unbudgeted large write offs.
  • Make investment decisions based upon your needs and not limited by constrained budgets
  • Reduce dependency on your primary funder(s) – Your existing credit lines remain unaffected and you will have access to over 20 specialist asset funders
  • Spread the cost of the VAT which is paid in instalments rather than as a lump sum up-front.
  • Turnkey funding – Build all your costs such as delivery, extended warranties etc into the lease to maximise your benefits even further
