The Hatco RCTHW-1 is part of the Heat-Max range, a multi-purpose wet rectangular heated well that is a rethermalizer, a steamer or a heated well. An ideal Heat-Max well for heating and holding your fresh or previously prepared foods at safe serving temperatures.
