Hobart Ecomax Plus Pass Through Dishwashers
The Hobart Ecomax Plus H603 is capable of washing up to 60 racks of 180 plates an hour, and comes with separate upper and lower wash arms, a 0.7kW wash pump and rinse pump with integral rinse aid dosing ensure maximum performance. The high lifting hood makes it possible to double rack certain items such as stacked cups for even quicker throughput, and the unit can be configured along a straight washing up line or as a corner unit.
