Designed for use with KitchenAid stand mixers, the sifter neatly fits onto the attachment hub and allows you to weigh and add ingredients with precision. The simple digital controls are incredibly easy to use too. As an added extra, the scale mechanism can be used independently from the mixer - a great backup if your main scales are unavailable.
