Quick oil warm up time and two fryers gives convenience to fry different foods at once when busy or using just one fryer during quiet periods. Compact size and portability means you can place the double fryer at where it's convenient for you. It's also handy that should one fryer fail you still have the other to use whilst waiting for the other to be repaired or replaced. Very useful indeed.
