A more compact electric oven unit than the six plate, the 14.4kw single door OE7010 is a good choice for businesses with space constraints but who still need power and performance. The fan assisted, enamelled-steel lined oven circulates air evenly throughout the cooking process, ensuring uniform oven volume temperature and consistent results. On top, large high-speed 2.6kw cooking plates heat up rapidly, and being square in shape offer more cooking surface overall and more options for what you can do with the hob surface. Six heat positions provide maximum controllability.

The Lincat Opus 700 oven range features models with removable oven bases, side liners and top liners, as well as a completely sealed pressed steel hob top, making for easy cleaning.

The OE7010 is supplied with 3 chrome shelves and 5 shelf positions to create a versatile oven space.
