The quality of the pan was good and the packaging was superb. However, when I opened the package, an area on the pan's rim near the handle was dented and visibly altered the circumference of the pan, which meant that it was not perfect with the 40cm lid that I already bought elsewhere. The vendor should have indicated that the pan was reduced because it was damaged! Sadly, I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning the item because of its bulkiness and weight; plus I needed it urgently for cooking for the weekend it was delivered. Had it not been for the desperate circumstance, I would have rejected the product. However, I think I am due an additional discount for being sold a dented pan because the dent on my pan definitely knocks off 2 of its 10-year guarantee. Online sales should not be a channel for getting rid of damaged goods via unsuspecting customers. There's nothing worse than reputational damage to any business that does this. I will know not to recommend or shop with your company ever again.
