Thanks to a rigid exoglass composite handle, and thermoplastic elastomer blade this 18 inch spatula is incredibly flexible making it ideal for cold working. The spatula can resist temperatures up to 70°C too, meaning it is not limited to the preparation and mixing of cold food and ingredients.
