The Parry HC-HOT15BM Hot Cupboard With Bain Marie Top has a strong stainless steel construction, the unit has 4 strong castors where 2 are lockable. Built with removable sliding doors for easy cleaning! The hot cupboard has double skinned doors and walls and is temperature regulated throughout by thermostat. Accepts 4 x 1/1 size gastronorms (supplied).
