Refrigerated counter top prep storage and servery bars are compact, generally gastronorm compatible, refrigerated units that can be covered over to hold and maintain the condition of fresh chopped, diced, sliced, minced or other prepared vegetables, fruit and other ingredients. Refrigerated prep bars can be used in self service salad carts or breakfast buffets, or as convenient refrigerated storage for small quantities of a broad range of ingredients needed when preparing foods like pizzas or sandwiches.
