Returns Policy

Goods sold in the UK mainland may be returned (at the customers own cost) for a refund, providing the product(s) are unused and in their original packaging. The restocking charge is 25% of the invoiced amount. No goods are accepted for return after 14 days.

Please note, once an order has been placed and despatched the restocking fee will still apply.

Goods should be inspected as soon as delivered, failure to check the goods and document any damage with the driver, may result in a claim for damage being rejected. Signing unexamined is not acceptable. Goods that are missing, delivered faulty or defective by JJ Martin (Catering Appliance Superstore) Ltd may be replaced, repaired, refunded or exchanged at JJ Martin (Catering Appliance Superstore) Ltd's discretion provided JJ Martin (Catering Appliance Superstore) Ltd is informed in writing within 24 hours.

The warranties above do not apply to any defect in the Goods caused by the fault, negligence or failure of the Customer to adhere to manufacturer instructions. Engineer call-outs and repairs carried out on non-warranty faults or defects may be subject to further charges. No Goods will be sold on a 'sale or return' basis without prior express approval by JJ Martin (Catering Appliance Superstore) Ltd.
Statutory rights for Customers placing Orders as private consumers (as defined by law) are not affected.
