I would have given 0 stars if there was the option. Appliance arrived not working and all I keep getting told to do is fill out a form and wait for someone to get back to me. This is seriously affecting my business now. I will never order from you again.

Toaster was cheaper than anywhere else and arrived next day! Result!

The delivery and updates were good but after using the cooker for the first time the seal came apart and when reporting it to the company they said they would send a new seal out and to watch you tube as to how to fit it

The purchasing part was 5 Star but the delivery part was a shambles. The delivery company would not comply with our delivery time window which is pretty useless! We gave them from 10.30 am to midnight to deliver and they said that they could not guarantee delivery. They were totally inflexible and we were left wondering when exactly it would turn up. No pre-delivery phone call was offered etc. The delivery company gave us a take it or leave it option and they quite clearly need to improve the system in place for communicating with customers. PS. To emphasise, as a stand alone company, the SALES company was five star and we have used them before!

Whilst there was a lot of toing & frowing with getting my item delivered and installed, (btw the installation engineer & delivery guys needs a knighthood for what they did to get it in the doors!) I was continually updated by Jemma the whole way through which made the process incredibly stress free.

Charged a re-stocking fee that was an announced in the invoice after purchase. And hidden somewhere in the small print. Avoid.

Great service but postage very high for a 3 inch item.. nearly as much as item price.. but staff were great help..

Sent a new broken machine that cost us £2100. Took nearly 2 weeks to fix and a fair amount of running around on our part. If it were my store, I would have sent out a replacement rather than turning it into a warranty claim. From brand new? Not good service.

Have purchased from this site on several occasions. Had a couple of deliveries where one item arrived broken (most fine) and they were very friendly and efficient at sending replacement items and keeping me informed. I will continue to use their service.

Quick delivery, good product

No information regarding delivery, the delivery man’s left two large double fridge out side my shop. Asked if they could help to get it inside the shop, both delivery man’s refused and drove off. How can a single person get a large fridge off the pallet and put inside the shop. It’s unbelievable and really bad service! Would recommend everyone to ask regarding your delivery of the item.

Downside the delivery wasn't great they couldn't bring it into my home so was left on driveway and i had to wait till I got help to lift it into the garage. Health and safety gone mad !!
