I tried to return the part as it was the wrong part I ordered, they wouldn’t accept the return, even though it’s still within the 30 days
Sorry to hear that you have experienced issues, Apologies but dependant on the item some supplies only offer a 14 day return window.

Returns policy for small items is bad.

Despite freezer damage and having to go back it was resolved very quickly. Even the Hadfield couriers were respectful when delivering the freezer. Thank you

Items arrived very quickly. 2 mugs were damaged in transit but communication with Catering Appliances was excellent and the damaged ones were replaced within a couple of days. Will definitely use again.

very good company and people i only give 3 stars because of very late delivery of few items (water boiler while was in stock )
Thank you for your feedback, Apologies for the delay with the water boiler, I can see that the boiler was out of stock at initial order and we provided an approx. lead time. Unfortunately these dates are approx. and they can fluctuate which appears to be the case with your order.
