very good company and people i only give 3 stars because of very late delivery of few items (water boiler while was in stock )
Thank you for your feedback, Apologies for the delay with the water boiler, I can see that the boiler was out of stock at initial order and we provided an approx. lead time. Unfortunately these dates are approx. and they can fluctuate which appears to be the case with your order.

Sorry to hear your only awarded us one star. I have taken a look into your case and can see it looks as thought there was a fault reported with your fryer but we are still awaiting some info from you to complete this warranty call.

Goods were delayed reaching our supplier.
I was impressed to receive an email informing us of late delivery and a revised date when we could expect to receive.

Definitely recommend. Excellent telephone advice before buying and reliable delivery. The instructions for the rice cooker could be better though having used it I’m happy with it.

Great advice, quality product, better priced than elsewhere. Can highly recommend. Our purchase was for household use.
After a debilitating illness from food poisoning, we wouldn't entertain anything less than a professional quality instrument. Spend a few more pounds and get a much better, long lasting professional product than you would find in Lidl.

paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive after 5 days so cancelled order.
Hello and thank you for your review, We are very sorry to hear that the microwave was delayed in shipping, Unfortunately at the moment all carriers are under increased pressure and this is causing some unforeseen delays. I can see the unit was sent out on a next-day delivery service as we advised and the delay was down to DPD and the current conditions. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, I can see this order has now been cancelled and refunded in full as per your request.

Excellent communication and always responded promptly to any questions I had and followed up to make sure I had the information I required. All equipment was delivered on time on the arranged dates. There was a manufacturer's issue, not the supplier, with one of the items supplied and this was resolved immediately without delay.
