Great advice, quality product, better priced than elsewhere. Can highly recommend. Our purchase was for household use.

After a debilitating illness from food poisoning, we wouldn't entertain anything less than a professional quality instrument. Spend a few more pounds and get a much better, long lasting professional product than you would find in Lidl.

paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive after 5 days so cancelled order.

Hello and thank you for your review, We are very sorry to hear that the microwave was delayed in shipping, Unfortunately at the moment all carriers are under increased pressure and this is causing some unforeseen delays. I can see the unit was sent out on a next-day delivery service as we advised and the delay was down to DPD and the current conditions. Excellent communication and always responded promptly to any questions I had and followed up to make sure I had the information I required. All equipment was delivered on time on the arranged dates. There was a manufacturer's issue, not the supplier, with one of the items supplied and this was resolved immediately without delay.

Received used damaged item.

Good Morning and thank you for your review, I am very sorry to read about your experience with Catering Appliance Superstore. Firstly, I would like to reassure you that we do not send out used items. Whilst we do stock many items at our own warehouse allowing us to check each product prior to despatch, a small majority of our products do get shipped directly from our suppliers, which is the case here. This particular unit comes from an overseas manufacturer, The light scratching on the unit is likely to have been caused during the manufacturing process and not due to the unit being returned from another customer. Our offer to you of a replacement or a partial refund was both refused. I would like to reiterate our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused to you, Thank you again for your valuable feedback

My order should of been 2 days delivery but took over a week to arrive.

Very poor communication between CAS and their suppliers. Cooker arrived damage, van arrived with all appliances in the back unprotected and squashed together tightly, no surprise cooker was damaged. Fridge turned up on it's own and went back, order was subsequently cancelled, then the fridge and freezer turn up few days later, they went back. Took over a week to get a full refund issued apparently because they had to wait to get refunded from their suppliers so i had to wait. I don't believe it's meant to work that way. A rubbish experience, never again. This has put me right off dealing with catering equipment companies, absolute shower of s**t!

I was very pleased with the "Olympia Stainless Steel Topped Pump Action Airpot 3Ltr" that I bought from here. I fill the flask up in the morning and the water stays piping hot all day. It was a very good price and beat the other suppliers also the delivery was very prompt. I use this flask every day as I really love drinking hot tea.

Remove the 25% stocking fee for items that are returned - very cheap to do this for your customers, especially when you do not have clear descriptions of your items and customers cannot know exactly whether the item will fit needs or not.

Either have all the detail in your items so customers can make an informed choice (e.g. product dimensions and volumes) , or don't penalise them for returning items that don't fit their requirements.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you have had a negative experience. The restocking fee is a charge that we pass on from our suppliers. We will almost try to minimize any charges to our customers and negotiate where we can. Again please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused
