Item received promptly and as expected

Very poor communication between CAS and their suppliers. Cooker arrived damage, van arrived with all appliances in the back unprotected and squashed together tightly, no surprise cooker was damaged. Fridge turned up on it's own and went back, order was subsequently cancelled, then the fridge and freezer turn up few days later, they went back. Took over a week to get a full refund issued apparently because they had to wait to get refunded from their suppliers so i had to wait. I don't believe it's meant to work that way. A rubbish experience, never again. This has put me right off dealing with catering equipment companies, absolute shower of s**t!

I was very pleased with the "Olympia Stainless Steel Topped Pump Action Airpot 3Ltr" that I bought from here. I fill the flask up in the morning and the water stays piping hot all day. It was a very good price and beat the other suppliers also the delivery was very prompt. I use this flask every day as I really love drinking hot tea.

Not the rock bottom cheapest however this company is very reliable, thorough and responsive.

Remove the 25% stocking fee for items that are returned - very cheap to do this for your customers, especially when you do not have clear descriptions of your items and customers cannot know exactly whether the item will fit needs or not.

Either have all the detail in your items so customers can make an informed choice (e.g. product dimensions and volumes) , or don't penalise them for returning items that don't fit their requirements.

The equipment supplied was fine it's just that the delivery note had the wrong name on it (address was correct) leading to an unnecessary delay in retrieving the goods from the delivery station

The box had been previously opened and every piece of polystyrene packing was broken. The microwave oven did not have any obvious external damage but who knows whether it’s ok internally!
