my refund was unfairly "deferred" because of the need to have an "investigation" This was a simple request for a simple refund when I received the wrong items and should have been processed quickly and without fuss.

The matter has now been resolved but caused unneeded distress and has left a sour taste.

Customer refunds need to be simple and quick,without fuss and delay.

First time ordering with this company, I have to say their customer service was excellent. Good comms from placing order & order delivery details. I had a missing item & Adam chased the item and called back to tell me it had been re sent& then sent an email asking if I had received it. It was my first order but I’ll be returning very soon and using them for all my catering equipment needs. Thank you

It has been three weeks since I bought the refrigerator. There is a problem with the refrigerator, and no one has come to repair poor service

Fridge was fine but customer service needs improving. Keeping customer informed of delivery is crucial at all times.

Thank you for your feedback, I am glad you are happy with your product. These products are shipped from our suppliers and the delivery company do book in directly with the customer. In most cases upon request we can provide a tracking ref to assist our customers track their new products.

Communication is very poor. Staff is not well informed.

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with the communication from our team. I have checked through your case notes and can see the team have been in regular contact with you in regards to your chargeable warranty call. I can see that this case has now been closed and the matter settled.

Ice machine arrived damaged by courier. Catering Appliance arranged collection and sent out a replacement next day. This one arrived undamaged. Great service can't fault them, would definitely use them again.

Very efficient and a a bit quaint, having to get a formal quotation before placing an order.
They are very particular about deliveries, however the packaging was very poor and the four items I ordered were rattling in the delivery box. Fortunately no damage.

No helps from 2 strong men to move the freezer up just only 2 steps. I am sure they can lift the freezer easily than me. I am 67 years old. If you two can't do it, you think I can. No sympathy at all.

Sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with your delivery, However the order you placed with ourselves was refunded in full at your request and we have no other orders therefore we have not delivered anything to you address. We have requested this review be investigate and removed.
