The damaged goods have now been eventually collected... your business appears to have little to no clue about Customer service or delivery expectations of customers and that although you offer the best price there is a penalty with the service.. exceptionally unprofessional.

Very good service

I didn't speak to customer service, so can't really comment of the service. However, delivery was aweful, as the delivery guy refused to assist with carrying the fridge to the kitchen. I was left to get help from my neighbours to carry the fridge for me. I would give delivery 0 star!

Delivery was a major let down and Catering Appliance need to use a different delivery company. Not delivered on correct day not notified wasted 2 people x 2 hours time. Came next day and delivery man very disinterested.
Appliance was fine marked down as some of the protective film on it had been partly removed - had been delivered to someone else before? The product is fine despite this though.

Ordered a 6 pack of sandwich platters, on delivery I found one was broken,after contacting the store by email, I was told a replacement would be sent out. It arrived the following day. Customer service was excellent, so too are the platters!

The delivery, the goods and customer service is and always was (touch wood, as far as we have experienced) fast, the equipment is of good quality and reasonably priced and the customer service is excellent.

Straightforward transaction and speedy delivery. Zapper does just as described to reduce indoors fly population effectively. Removal of dead flies using the tray is easy once you get the hang of how to slide it out.
