Not good will not shop there again
customer service is rubbish

Hi there. I have reviewed your case and can see you are currently in talks with our aftersales team with regard to the high temp indicator light on your ice machine coming on intermittently. We understand the unit is working correctly otherwise. Having reviewed the images you've sent over as well as the user manual, we suspect the unit may be struggling for ventilation on the left hand side. This would correspond with the unit not being able to cool down sufficiently. Please can you confirm that the unit is compiling with the below installation instruction: d) Service access: adequate space must be left for all service connections through the rear of the ice maker. A minimum clearance of 15 cm (6") must be left at the sides of the unit for routing cooling air drawn into and exhausted out of the compartment to maintain proper condensing operation of air cooled models.

We always aim to make deliveries as smooth as possible, but in this case our carrier was unable to deliver due to the address being within a fully pedestrianised zone where stopping is not permitted. (We had not been made aware of this when you placed your order) Unfortunately, this meant the driver could not safely unload the unit. We did try to work with you and the manufacturer to arrange alternatives — including meeting at an accessible unloading point, arranging a pre-10am slot (which was requested in your instructions), or delivering to another suitable location — in order to avoid further failed attempts or additional charges. We understand the situation was frustrating, and we’re sorry it wasn’t possible to complete the delivery despite multiple attempts to find a workable solution. Your order has now been cancelled and is being processed in line with the manufacturer’s delivery and return terms. If you would like to discuss this further or if we can assist you with a future order to a non-restricted delivery area, please feel free to contact us directly. We’re always happy to help.

Our table should’ve arrived on the 11th delayed by one day still didn’t turn up on the 12th. Called they said it would come on the 13th still no table. Called again and apparently DHL have lost it so they are sending it today. The company itself have been very helpful but Delivery been atrocious with absolutely no communication and we’ve had to stay in for 5 occasions waiting for it. Let’s see if it arrives today

We are very sorry to hear that you haven't had a great experience with DHL . Looking at your case notes I can see we suggested a replacement or requested a damage allowance to keep the table. I can see you opted for the latter. I have ensured your experience is passed oto DHL. Please accept our apologies once again.

The grill we purchased is not fit for purpose, catering appliance do not respond to any emails or contact ( there is no number to call them).
I definitely don’t recommend.

The appliance has not worked properly since purchased. Previously in May we were told that the issue was down to user error and were charged £155 for the callout. Now it has the same issue again, a different engineer has said that it needs to have a part replaced so we were charged £155 in May when we shouldn't have been and again this time we had to pay a £240 callout deposit which I expect to now be refunded. The appliance should not have a faulty part when it has hardly been used.

Our microwave was £100 cheaper than on any other site and was delivered in 48hrs compared to 2 weeks on other sites. Delighted with the service.

Ordered a dryer. When be fitted did not work. The supplier sent out replacement parts and said they would call back to arrange an engineer to fit the parts, but never did.

They do not follow up on issues with products they provide. Appalling customer service. Would NEVER
