We initially ordered a commercial upright fridge from another supplier, who ensured me it is in stock. However, after the weekend I was told the item is not in stock and they cannot help me. When we rang you, the lady that took our call was very helpful and made sure that she provide us only with the information of upright fridges in stock. We got the fridge the following day, Thank you

Delivery & customer service were top notch. We actually had an issue out of the box with the piece of equipment we ordered but clearly a manufacturers fault. Problem dealt with very well, replacement arrived quickly and faulty product was picked up at the same time.

Item arrived broken in transit. Reported it 6 days after it arrived but still in box. Customer rep said supplier only can refund / replace if reported within 24 hours.

We didnt unpack item as we were waiting for engineer to install the part.
Seems crazy, that a company wouldnt issue a replacement let alone a refund, after only a week

Good sealer fast delivery

Absolutely fantastic communication and customer service. The apron I ordered was expected to have a delayed delivery, so they got in touch with me right away to ask if I wanted to proceed with the order. Even with me proceeding with the order, the apron had no delay anyway and was with me within two days. Very impressed and would happily buy from Catering Appliance Superstore again as a result!

Not happy having to pay extra fee for delivery due to where I live (I’m on the mainland not an island) it still came by Royal Mail having been told it was because it came straight from the supplier, that should not affect postal charges, I will not order anything else from this company unless this is reviewed

It was the worst electric knife I ever bought, I paid £29 and I thought was going to be OK but no, I had one from argos for 12 pounds and is 10 time better than this

Machine producing ice as I type. All went well. Not a complicated transaction, hence not giving a top score because not much scope to show excellence but the whole transaction went very smoothly.

Fantastic products, at the cheapest price I could hunt down. Customer service also excellent as I had a problem with the billing address I entered. They contacted me within an hour of my order and the issue was rectified, while the already hasty delivery date remained the same.

Order out of stock but wasn't communicated. Delivered 2 unit when 25 were ordered but again no communication. I had to call up to find out what was going on.

rapid delivery, shipped item was in a proper manufacturers sealed box. Commercial microwave oven works very well. For example the door is very solid with a proper catch.
