When I 1st received the griddle it was badly damaged. I would recommend you change your couriers as they obviously had no respect for the goods or the fact they were labelled fragile. Also the box had been cut from the pallet and was not securely delivered.
The replacement was fine.

Not confirmed delivery. Placed order and paid to be told a few days later that it was out of stock. Will have to wait till delivery from supplier is recieved. Which is two weeks after order. Could of bought from other supplier and had delivered next day.

They done brilliant on all fronts. Their returns process could be made a lot better though. They try to make it really difficult for you to return things. And you lose out on postage both on delivery and return. But in most circumstances its understandable to lose out on that.
