I have reviewed your ordering experience and would like to sincerely apologise for our inability to supply the Samsung microwave you originally ordered, due to the manufacturer discontinuing this model. Unfortunately, it took several days for this information to reach us. We did offer an alternative model, and you kindly confirmed on 14th July that you were happy to proceed with it. While we advised that delivery would be the following day, the cut-off time had already passed, which caused a further delay. We’re truly sorry for this inconvenience. I believe your delivery is due this week. We completely understand your frustration — sometimes unforeseen issues arise, but please rest assured that we always do our utmost to resolve matters promptly. Once again, we apologise for your experience and appreciate your understanding.
