We have had to send the fridge back 3 times due to faults to each fridge and we have been waiting for another fridge coming. It should have come yesterday and then again today. We have had no correspondence is tracking number or telephone calls to say it is on its way. We are unclear what is happening about the fridge now.
I believe this is a duplicate entry, so posting our response again.
Thank you for your patience during this frustrating process. We sincerely apologize for the multiple delays and lack of communication regarding the delivery of your fridge. We completely understand how inconvenient this has been.
We are glad to hear that you have now received the fridge and that everything is working as expected. Please be assured that we do our best to coordinate with our suppliers and couriers, but unfortunately, sometimes delays and issues are beyond our control.

“The delivery experience was below expectations, and the warranty process is unnecessarily complicated and lacks clarity.”

Our transport team confirmed that your original delivery date of 09/09 was delayed due to an unexpected trunking issue, and a new date was agreed upon with your team on 11/06 for delivery on 13/06.
We understand how frustrating delays can be and strive to keep these instances to an absolute minimum. Regarding the warranty process, it is aligned with industry standards, but we recognise that it can sometimes seem complex. We’re always open to feedback on how we can make it clearer and more user-friendly for our customers.

Still not received my parcel
We are very sorry to hear that your item was delayed. Unfortunately, on occasion, when items are delivered directly by the supplier, the delivery process is out of our control, and delays can happen.

Really friendly and seemingly efficient service. The only slight drawback was on the lead time for the part I ordered. Manufacturer issue not Catering Appliance but nonetheless a little frustrating.

No reason to not offer 100% refunds on things as a base rule. There should be an extenuating circumstance clause and not a scalp.

I can see that we contacted the supplier on your behalf and a refund was authorised, but we did not receive a response from you to proceed further. We have to work with the industry standard restocking fee, which we are charged via our supplier. We will always attempt to negotiate if an alternative product is ordered.
We’re always here to help resolve any issues, and we appreciate your feedback regarding our refund policy. Your comments will be shared with the relevant team for review.

Send 2 people when delivering the item. Your delivery person was excellent, but it needed two (very strong) people to deliver and put the freezer in place.

As said item was in stock then it came from a third party
