Overall, the shipping and contact process isn’t bad. However, be cautious about hidden fees for returning items. In my case, I was on vacation, and my employees told me to order a water kettle because they thought the old one was broken. It turned out they just needed to reset it. So, I ended up ordering a kettle worth over £500 unnecessarily. When I contacted the company for a return, I was told I had to pay 25% of the item’s value, even though it was untouched and still in its original packaging. This means the company will receive the item back, resell it at full price, and yet we, as customers, are supposed to give them 25%?!! They are scammers! Please be cautious about this. There are plenty of other companies that accept returns for free, so I recommend looking elsewhere.

We are very sorry to hear of this experience; we do have to charge a return fee as, unfortunately, our suppliers charge us. (This is the industry standard for business-to-business transactions) However, we do appreciate that this could have been handled differently, and we could have negotiated a more favourable restock fee for you. We will reach out to you directly, and should you wish to order from us in the future, we will ensure you are compensated.

We have received a poor quality item, which is not fit for purpose, and is faulty and we cannot return it without incurring a cost. If I had ordered the same item on amazon, this would not have been a problem or a cost.

Wrong product sent. Only £10 refund offered for sending 650w blender instead of the 750w ordered.

I am sorry for the convenience caused, this was due to a typo on our supplier website and can see the matter has now been resolved.

I ordered a shelving unit, it arrived the next day. That’s impressive. When unpacked there were a few pieces missing. I emailed the company, had a very speedy reply and the missing parts were despatched the next day. Before despatch, a check was made that the parts were correct.
So from the time of order to full assembly took less than a week.

I really can’t think of an improvement as were all human and occupational errors happen. What makes the difference is If dealt with properly. Great customer service.

Ordered tables. Took so long to arrive had to find an alternative and buy replaxements. Refused delivery and asked for a refund. 3 months on still havent received a refund. They told me 2 months ago will take 1-2 days. Now my last few emails have beeb ignored!

The freezer we ordered arrived earlier then first advised. We had a call to ask if we would like it delivered early which we said yes.
The only problem was we were not advised when it would be delivered. So it was a bit of a surprise when it turned up. An email advising when it was being delivered would have been nice. Apart from that we are very happy.

Thank you for your feedback. I will investigate to see why this happened. We work with numerous suppliers some of which insist they use their own couriers, on occasion they will have different communication methods. I am glad to hear it arrived safely and all is good.

The quality of the barstools are exceptional. Also I was amazed to be able to go back to this company and find an exact, match to the two barstools I had bought 3yrs previously. This totally saved me having to buy a new set of 3 barstools. Of note I was very pleased to discover the price had not increased by much either.

I really struggle with companies who ask for a review when the item has not yet been delivered and we are waiting for it. Please ask me again once the Coffee machine has been delivered and we know it is working!

As a first time customer we were impressed with speed of handling our initial enquiry. The engineers visit was on time and the repair excellent. Whilst on site a second unit was examined and parts have been ordered so hopefully this will also result in a good repair.

Dear Sir, I have noted your two-star review and that you had delivery problems with your item. I have investigated your case and noted that the couriers were asked to deliver in the middle of the road in a red zone and refused to cover the cost of any tickets that may have been incurred. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by your failed delivery but any issues you foresee need to be brought to our attention at the point if purchase so we can do our best to manage in advance.

THE RESPONSE RECEIVED IS INCORRECT IN ZAYING ALL ICE MACHINES PRODUCE SHEET ICE THAT NEEDS MANUALLY BREAKING. NO OTHER COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINE PRODUCING ICE FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY THAT I KNOW OF DOES THIS. IN ANY CASE, MY COMPLAINT ALSO FOCUSES ON THE FACT THAT NO MENTION OF THIS IS MADE IN THE PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL OR THE USERS MANUAL, LEAVING PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS WIITHOUT FULL FACTS.

Communication a bit poor, told it was being delivered by one carrier then received communications from a different carrier about the delivery.

Hi there, thank you for your comments. I have investigated this and believe our customers are usually not provided with information on the names of specific carriers. The reason being our suppliers use several couriers. I understand the item was delivered safely within the timeframe. Best wishes
