The Roller Grill FD50 Single Zone Fryer is a compact, powerful fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips ( 10KG per hour fresh output) it can take a 10 fish fillet or sausage. If you have a larger chip fryer, use the unit for frying foods with a strong flavour e.g. garlic mushrooms or Plaice fillets to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer. The unit features a 180'C operating thermostat additional safety thermostat safety micro switch to ensure correct positioning of element heat resistant basket handle. The cold zone of oil below the element helps to prolong the life of your oil.
