Santoku & Tanto Knives

Classically, Santoku knives perform 3 tasks extremely well: mincing, slicing and dicing. The knife has a flat edge and a sheepsfoot blade that curves to meet the point of the knife. The top of the blade and the top of the handle are in line. Our Santoku knives are perfectly balanced, the blade and the handle are designed to complement each other.
