These chemical-free wood chips are made especially for use with The PolyScience Smoking Gun™. They are carefully ground to a perfect consistency for gently smouldering when ignited, so a small quantity lasts a long time.

The wood chips are also perfect for flavouring food on a barbecue by sprinkling them onto the coals either just before or towards the end of cooking.

Cabernet smoke is strong and intense, stronger than fruit wood smoke and delicious with meats and game.
