Dehydrators, especially ones from Excalibur have increased in popularity with the chef community in recent years thanks to the many possibilities it opens up for an original and creative menu. Excalibur is the only dehydrator that has Parallex HorizontalAirflow Drying System. The fan and adjustable thermostat create excellent airflow, each tray receiving its own ‘jet stream’ of forced air.
