Reach-In Blast Chillers

A commercial blast chiller will quickly and efficiently reduce the temperature of cooked foods down to a level where they can be refrigerated without raising the internal temperature of the refrigerator they're placed in. Quick temperature reductions ensure food spends as little time as possible in the temperature danger zone where bacteria develops faster. A blast chiller is an essential piece of equipment where large batch cooking or part baking is undertaking and you have a large quantity of food that needs to be quickly brought down to storage temperature.

Foster, Gram and Williams provide a broad range of choice from small counter top units right up to large double doored units that racked goods can be wheeled into easily.
