Whether it's used for self service or assisted service areas, the Buffalo Heated Display with Gantry is a great solution for holding food at serving temperatures for extended periods. A superb combination of stylish design with strong commercial construction, the heated display is exceptionally easy to use and includes independent controls for each of the two warming plates and overhead heat lamps. Simply select a temperature (anywhere between 35°C to 85°C), and let the Buffalo heated display do the rest. Once service is over, the display is very easy to clean - a great little feature for saving a bit of time. This model features three plates with overhead bulbs and can accommodate up to three full-size (1/1 GN) gastronorm food trays at a time. As an added extra, the Buffalo Heated Display with Gantry is supplied with bulbs as standard, so you can install the unit straight away.
