Details

The Buffalo 600 Series induction range cooker is a heavy duty cooking solution for busy professional kitchens. Combining an efficient four zone induction hob with a powerful three phase convection oven, the Buffalo induction range provides impressive flexibility, allowing you to cook a wide variety of dishes in one station.

The Buffalo induction range is designed to be highly reliable and user-friendly. With simple dial temperature controls and strong stainless steel construction, it's incredibly easy to operate and maintain.

On top, the four zone induction hob provides the capacity to boil, fry and simmer dishes, all whilst significantly reducing energy use in comparison to traditional gas and electric hobs. In addition, as there's no flames or exposed elements, it's safer to use and emits less heat into your kitchen, promoting a much more comfortable working environment.

Below, the powerful convection oven with grill function delivers high capacity flexible cooking and can accommodate up to four full size (1/1GN) gastronorm trays. And as it's fan assisted, cooking is fast and consistent, no matter where the tray is positioned inside.

Note: the unit is divided into two separate appliances - the induction hob is powered by two 13A plugs, while the convection oven base requires hardwiring into a mains power supply.

Advantages of leasing

  • Significant tax benefits – For private organisations payments are fully tax deductible unlike using cash.
  • Low, fixed payments allow easy budgeting throughout the term
  • Spread the cost of your purchases in line with the return on the investment
  • Make your capital work for you – Rather than sink valuable cash into depreciating assets, deploy it elsewhere for higher returns
  • Totally flexible, a lease allows you to determine the term, how frequently you pay and can be upgraded or changed throughout.
  • Manage obsolescence and refresh assets strategically rather than face unbudgeted large write offs.
  • Make investment decisions based upon your needs and not limited by constrained budgets
  • Reduce dependency on your primary funder(s) – Your existing credit lines remain unaffected and you will have access to over 20 specialist asset funders
  • Spread the cost of the VAT which is paid in instalments rather than as a lump sum up-front.
  • Turnkey funding – Build all your costs such as delivery, extended warranties etc into the lease to maximise your benefits even further

Terms & conditions
