Hotel Complimentary

Hotel Complimentary is a family-run business with over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Hotel Complimentary Products Ltd was launched by Founders Alan and Kay Deacon from their family home in Littlestone, New Romney, Kent. Initially supplying soap and bottled toiletries to guesthouses, B&Bs and hotels in and around the London area. As the business expanded, products such as toilet rolls, shoeshine cloths, bathmats, sewing kits, shower caps and matchboxes were also added to the company portfolio.

It was not long before the demand for products outgrew the space in the family home, so Alan and Kay relocated the company to rented units before ultimately purchasing their first commercial property in New Romney. The new location was ideal for expansion as the company became more and more successful. An extension was built a few years later to meet the growing demand for products. Hotel Complimentary Products Ltd has since gone from strength to strength, now proudly owning multiple warehouses to house stock to meet the demands of our customers. Three generations of the Deacon family now work together with the same passion and commitment to hospitality that opened Hotel Complimentary Products Ltd's doors in the early 90’s.
