The Lincat LSF is an electric, counter top fryer with a single oil tank. This slimline unit from Lincat is perfect for kitchens where space is limited and is ideal as a standby fryer in larger establishments.
This fryer is equipped with thermostatic control for consistently perfect results and a high limit thermostat for added safety. It makes for easy cleaning with a removable control head and elements and removable stainless steel tank and batter plate.
Supplied with: Batter plate, stainless steel lid and a heavy duty basket.

Second Lincat fryer in 20 years. This one a little smaller so better for smaller kitchen. The first Lincat is still going after 20 years

We bought this fryer for use at home and not commercially. We'd had a domestic fryer in the past that didn't seem to get hot enough and chips cooked in it were soggy. This on the other hand is excellent. Chips are cooked quickly and are crisp and the whole thing comes apart easily for cleaning Some may say it's a bit extravagant to use this at home but it costs about £40 more than a 'trick' domestic fryer and should last for many years. Bargain!
